Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Products must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be returned with original packaging
- Include all tags, certificates, and accessories
- Show no signs of damage or alteration
Products returned without original packaging or in used condition may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Customized or personalised jewellery
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Where eligible, reverse pickup will be arranged. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, customers may be requested to ship the product back. Reasonable courier charges will be reimbursed where applicable.
