Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, inadvertent errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel affected orders if necessary.

Product Representation

We make every effort to display our jewellery accurately. However, slight variations in colour, finish, texture, or handcrafted detailing may occur due to photography, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of sterling silver.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Aayug Silver reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment verification failure
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Multiple failed delivery attempts
• Incorrect customer information

Any eligible payment made for cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery orders may require verification before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled without prior notice.

Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in future COD orders being declined.

Intellectual Property

All website content including product photographs, designs, logos, graphics, copy, and other materials are the intellectual property of Aayug Silver and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Aayug Silver shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products beyond the value of the order.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
